Antitrust and Anti-unfair Competition

Antitrust refers to an intervention by the national government or international organization when a corporation’s marketing shows a trend of monopoly. At the end of the 19th century, the development of world economy entered a period of monopoly capitalism, in which time antitrust became the object of the regulation by almost all countries. China has also positively undertaken responsibility of antitrust since joined the WTO.

 

Unfair competition refers to acts of operators which contravene the provisions of this Law, with a result of damaging the lawful rights and interests of other operators, and disturbing the socio-economic order.
