Criminal litigation cases
Wang and five others are suspected of kidnapping (after defense, the charges have been changed to illegal detention);
Zhao Mouhe's major labor safety accident crime criminal incidental civil lawsuit case (the poisoning and paralysis case of nine Henan migrant workers in Gaobeidian City, Hebei Province, tracked and reported by CCTV's "Today's Statement") (ruled that "the non perpetrator" Nanguang Resin Products Co., Ltd. does not have the defendant qualification for this criminal incidental civil case, and dismissed the lawsuit);
Sun Mouhong and four others committed the crime of intentionally destroying property (the prosecutor suggested a sentence of 4 to 5 years, and after defense, the sentence was 3 years with a 4 year reprieve);
Wang Mouwei and Zhao are suspected of intentionally causing death (the prosecutor suggested that both be sentenced to death, and after defense, Wang Mouwei was sentenced to death with a reprieve);
Wang Mouhe is suspected of contract fraud (involving a total amount of 230000 yuan, after defense, sentenced to 3 times imprisonment);
Zhao Mouhua is suspected of corruption, bribery, abuse of power, and leaking state secrets (after defense, the verdict only recognizes the crime of bribery, with the amount reduced to less than 100000 yuan, and sentenced to 6 years in prison);
