Acquisition and disposal of non-performing assets
1. China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. Beijing Branch: served as the regular legal advisor for Cinda North Branch from 2016 to 2018, providing due diligence reports and legal opinions for the acquisition and disposal of hundreds of non-performing debt packages and non-performing asset projects by Cinda North Branch, including Guangfa Bank and Agricultural Bank of China Headquarters. acted as an agent for related debt collection litigation cases, execution objection cases, etc. Among them, acted as an agent for the mortgage dispute between Cinda North Branch and Deheng Real Estate Company. After two trials and five court hearings, the company ultimately won the lawsuit.
2. China Great Wall Asset Management Co., Ltd. Beijing Branch: Provided due diligence reports and legal opinions for the acquisition of a total of ten non-performing debt packages by Great Wall North Branch, including Agricultural Bank of China, Huaxia Bank, Dalian Bank, and China Development Bank. Also acted as an agent for related debt collection litigation and enforcement cases. Among them, acted as an agent for the execution of a loan contract dispute between Great Wall North Branch and Huanyitong Financial. Despite the fact that the case had already been settled and there were no secured assets, the execution was successfully restored and 40 million yuan of execution funds were recovered for Great Wall North Branch.
